Your responsibilities will include:

Lead & Develop the Team Recruit and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members. Partner with Production Managers to coordinate daily operations and ensure teams have the resources they need to succeed. Promote a positive, accountable, safety-focused workplace culture. Lead by example and consistently model Schendel's core values. Drive Operational & Financial Performance Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. Review jobs and services weekly to monitor performance against budgeted profit goals. Help identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Oversee inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies. Ensure company safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Communicate directly with customers to answer questions and resolve concerns. Build strong, lasting customer relationships. Help ensure services are delivered consistently and at the level our customers expect. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced lawn and landscape professional who is ready to take ownership of an entire branch and lead others to success.

Required qualifications:

3-5 years of lawn, landscape, or related industry experience, including management experience. High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and no major recent infractions. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers. Extensive knowledge of landscape and/or hardscape installation, mowing, lawn care, and irrigation systems. Ability to operate and work with landscaping, irrigation, and small construction equipment. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to learn and become proficient with company software. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to speak English; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Physical & Environmental Requirements This position includes both office and field responsibilities. The Branch Manager must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions and be able to: Push, pull, and lift up to 85 pounds. Stand, kneel, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
