Job Description

As a nationwide recruiter, one of our Clients is in need of "Mobile Crane" Branch Manager , in the greater Kansas City metro area. This is a full-time, direct hire positions in this specific geographic area. Key Responsibilities The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the overall operational, financial, and strategic success of the location. This Branch Manager role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve processes, and build a high-performing team, and executes all of the following responsibilities: Leads all aspects of branch operations, including service, sales, customer support, and administrative functions. Develops and executes turnaround strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and customer retention. Establishes a strong local presence through a hands-on leadership style focused on service excellence and responsiveness to customer needs. Builds, coaches, and leads a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability and results. Analyzes market trends, customer feedback, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for immediate improvement. Partners with executive leadership to ensure alignment between branch performance and overall company objectives. Ensures compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards across the operation. Takes ownership of financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager, General Manager, or senior leader within a dealership, heavy equipment, or service-based environment; most preferrably a mobile crane industry Proven success as a Branch Manager driving business turnaround, revenue growth, and operational improvement. Strong understanding of service-driven business models with a customer-first mindset expected of a successful Branch Manager. Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasts in a Branch Manager capacity. Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop cross-functional teams as a Branch Manager. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills critical for a high-performing Branch Manager. I.G.
