  • Assistant Branch Manager/ Loan Officer
  • Job Overview:
  • As an Assistant Branch Manager/ Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in day to day operations of the financial loan office by assisting clients with their loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will work closely with coworkers and clients to understand their financial needs and guide them through the loan process.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Managing a cash drawer
  • Taking and clearing loan applications and approving loans within loan authorities
  • Answering telephones and greeting customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Proving direct customer service to our loan and sales finance customers
  • Conducting dealer business and solicitation for business development as assigned by management.
  • Assuming managerial tasks in the absence of the manager or as assigned by management
  • Prior experience working in a financial loan office is preferred This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
