Job Description

Unitas Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to join the growing team at the Bank of St. Francisville! As a Branch Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bank branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the bank branch Manage and support a team of banking professionals Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth Foster a customer-focused and service-oriented culture Build and maintain strong customer relationships Monitor and analyze financial performance and market trends Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Required skills and qualifications: A High School Diploma (GED) is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Three to five years of experience in a financial institution is preferred. Outside business-to-business call experience preferred. Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial data and market trends Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
