Pay:
$84,000.00/yearly, based on experience.Hours:

Supervise the operation of a branch office exercising good principles of organization, prioritization, and personnel management. Assists in staff selection, training, and development. Works to set and meet goals including but not limited to loan production, new member development, and new checking account production. Maintains the security of the branch. Provides exemplary Member Service through knowledge of the Credit Union products and services. Identify and develop new sales opportunities for the credit union. Interact with community officials and business contacts to increase the credit union's community visibility, functioning as Service CU Ambassador. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Experience and Qualifications:
Superior working knowledge of all Credit Union policies and procedures. Strong Leadership qualities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products. Ability to recognize and resolve issues promptly, using courtesy and tact. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 3 years' Financial Industry experience. Previous management or supervisory experience required. Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
