Full Job Description Assistant Branch Manager Location:

What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development:

Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff Support training, performance management, and career development Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

Serve as the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service Resolve complex customer issues and provide financial solutions Build and deepen customer relationships

Business Development & Growth:

Identify referral opportunities across banking, mortgage, and financial services Participate in community outreach and networking

Operations & Compliance:

Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Manager Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Monitor cash handling, security, and audit readiness

Collaboration & Strategy:

Partner with leadership to meet branch performance goals Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement What You Bring Leadership and supervisory experience Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience in banking, lending, or financial services Proven ability to meet goals and drive results Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of banking products and services NMLS registration (or ability to obtain/maintain)

Bilingual:
