Weed Man is growing 20%+ a year, providing each of these individuals with rapid career advancement into General Manager and Ownership roles. Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and management of the Marketing Department.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Licensed Lawn Care Technicians.
- Ensure service standards are met according to company policy.
- Manage progressive discipline and accountability standards consistent with company policy.
- Conduct Performance Reviews and department meetings.
- Ensure current licensing is maintained by all department employees as required by company policy/State and/or Federal law. Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in lawn/horticulture/agronomy/lawn care services preferred.
- Certificates, Licenses, and registrations as required by federal and state law.
- Excellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring, executing goals, and developing future leaders.
- Practical knowledge of the lawn service industry and experience in developing and executing production plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership and with front-line staff.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Compensation Competitive salary varies depending on experience. Benefits
