Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing team! We have an opening for a Branch Manager in Farmington, Maine, with oversight of our Rangeley branch. At Franklin Savings Bank, the role of a Branch Manager is both unique and empowering. As the Branch Manager overseeing both our Farmington and Rangeley branches, you will be expected to: Serve as a leader within the Farmington & Rangeley markets, fostering relationships with customers and the community. Communicate openly and effectively with customers and employees alike, ensuring a positive and professional environment. Drive strong deposit and loan growth by leveraging your financial expertise and community connections. Uphold and embody Franklin Savings Bank's core values, serving as a positive ambassador for the bank. Manage branch staff. This includes motivating, inspiring, coaching and training team members. While lending experience is not a strict requirement, it is considered a valuable asset for this position. Candidates with a background in both lending and supervision will be particularly well-suited to succeed in this role.

• Qualifications Desired 5+ Years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations 5+ Year of experience managing a team, with a focus on a Caring & Compassionate Leadership approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products. Farmington, ME Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience, job-related skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for applicable annual incentive compensation and company-sponsored benefits.
