As the Branch Manager overseeing both our Farmington and Rangeley branches, you will be expected to: Serve as a leader within the Farmington & Rangeley markets, fostering relationships with customers and the community. Drive strong deposit and loan growth by leveraging your financial expertise and community connections. Uphold and embody Franklin Savings Bank's core values, serving as a positive ambassador for the bank. Manage branch staff. This includes motivating, inspiring, coaching and training team members. While lending experience is not a strict requirement, it is considered a valuable asset for this position. Candidates with a background in both lending and supervision will be particularly well-suited to succeed in this role.

• Qualifications Desired 5+ Years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations 5+ Year of experience managing a team, with a focus on a Caring & Compassionate Leadership approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products. The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience, job-related skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for applicable annual incentive compensation and company-sponsored benefits.
