Job Description
Partners Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to support daily branch operations and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist the Branch Manager with overseeing teller and platform activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, and maintaining a secure, efficient branch environment. You will coach and support staff, help drive deposit and loan growth, and resolve complex customer issues. The Assistant Branch Manager I will build strong local relationships, participate in community outreach, and promote Partners Bank's products and digital services while modeling our community-first, team-oriented culture.
