Overview Manpower is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our Flint, Michigan office. This role is ideal for a staffing professional who thrives on business development, relationship building, team leadership, and operational excellence. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue through new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, developing community partnerships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. You will play a key role in driving profitability while ensuring exceptional service to both clients and associates. Key Responsibilities Prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Conduct client visits, assist with presentations, and workforce planning discussions. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and staffing solutions. Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally. Partner with recruiting staff to deliver quality candidates and workforce solutions. Strengthen relationships with associates through consistent communication and support. Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal employment laws, and safety requirements. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations activities. Build partnerships that enhance brand awareness and business opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or related sales experience. Prior leadership, branch management, or team management experience preferred. Proven track record of business development and revenue growth. Strong relationship-building and client management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and manage branch profitability. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and networking events. Staffing industry experience - preferred Temporary staffing, direct hire, or workforce solutions background.
