Job Description
What We're Looking For:
Management experience preferred but not required. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations. Results driven and member focused. Leadership and human resources management skills. BS in Business Administration or related field is a plus.What You'll Do:
Meet goals and metrics. Direct all operational aspects including member service, human resources, administration, and referral, loan, and other sales goals. Bring out the best of branch's team members by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. Assist the branch's team with new accounts and lending. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Address member and team member satisfaction issues promptly. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.Our Benefits:
