Description:
Lead the branch in delivering exceptional member service by coaching and developing employees to perform with confidence and accuracy in account transactions, loan applications, and new account openings. Foster a culture of continuous learning, constructive feedback, and high engagement to support employee growth and retention. Ensure branch operations run efficiently and profitably by proactively solving problems within established policies and guidelines. Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that motivates employees to achieve performance goals and provide an outstanding member experience. Duties & Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, goal setting, and hands on learning that builds confidence and capability. Cultivate a positive, supportive team culture focused on delivering exceptional, personalized member service. Lead the branch in achieving growth, member engagement, and profitability targets by motivating employees and identifying opportunities to strengthen member relationships. Serve as a lending resource by assisting with loan interviews, decisions, and coaching employees to expand their lending skills. Keep the branch team informed, trained, and prepared by communicating updates to procedures, systems, and product knowledge. Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming branch environment by overseeing daily operations, cash controls, and facility needs. Partner closely with HR to support employee success, onboarding, coaching conversations, and compliance expectations. Resolve complex member or staff concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Ensure that member transactions are being reviewed for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering / Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations and participate in annual training as required by the
BSA/OFAC

Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum two years lending experience preferred Previous management experience preferred Ability to relate to people effectively Well organized with ability to manage planned workload with on-going interruptions and redirection Excellent verbal and written communication skills
