Branch Manager Wayland, Michigan | Full-Time The Leadership Role Behind the Operation Elite Field Service is a fast-growing, locally owned and privately held Michigan-based equipment dealership and full-service company representing industry-leading equipment lines across construction, forestry, land clearing, landscaping, industrial and arborist industries. As our company continues to grow, including expansion into new markets and product lines, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to help lead daily operations and support the next phase of growth for the business. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to build structure inside a fast-moving company. Someone who can lead people well, improve operational efficiency, create accountability and help transform momentum into long-term scalability. You'll work closely with ownership across all areas of the business including service, parts, rentals, sales, inventory, systems and facility operations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. We are looking for someone who brings operational maturity, sound decision-making, strong business instincts and the ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing This role is deeply involved in the day-to-day operation of the business while also helping shape long-term operational growth. You'll be: Overseeing daily operations across service, parts, rentals and sales departments Supporting operational structure, accountability and process improvement throughout the organization Building and refining systems, SOPs and internal operational standards Managing inventory processes, fleet oversight, rental workflows and equipment tracking Working closely with ownership on operational planning, priorities and business growth initiatives Supporting financial oversight including operational reporting, cash flow awareness, inventory management and coordination with accounting partners Helping lead facility organization, workflow efficiency and overall operational excellence Managing and supporting team members while helping reinforce company culture and expectations Providing steady operational leadership when ownership is traveling or working remotely in the field Assisting with implementation of technology, operational software and future systems integration initiatives How We Work Elite Field Service operates in a fast-moving environment where communication, responsiveness and accountability matter.
