Position Overview We're hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and customer service excellence at our branch. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service. As Branch Manager, you'll oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect. What You'll Be Doing Lead and promote a positive, customer-focused culture across all departments. Foster collaboration and strong communication between teams, encouraging a proactive "How Can I Help?" mindset. Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability to support employee and team success. Meet regularly with department managers to review performance, workload, operational challenges, and business priorities. Monitor department metrics, lead times, productivity, and service levels to identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals. Establish and monitor performance goals for departments and team members. Partner with Regional Operations and Sales leadership to develop and execute operational strategies. Support managers in resolving employee relations and operational issues while promoting leadership accountability. Maintain oversight of scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure customer commitments are met. Ensure company equipment, vehicles, and assets are properly maintained through effective preventative maintenance programs. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. You May Be a
Good Fit If You Have:
Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence positive outcomes. Experience using metrics, reporting, and data analysis to drive performance. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. Strong commitment to customer service, employee development, and continuous improvement. Clean driving record (DMV report required) Professional appearance consistent with the construction industry I ndustry and product knowledge preferred Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a related leadership role What Success Looks Like High-performing teams that work collaboratively across departments.
