The AVP Branch Manager will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of daily branch operations. Primary Duties Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with First Resource Banks Client Experience Service Standards policy Maintain the professionalism of the branch by greeting customers, determining their needs, organizing the workspace, and maintaining office supplies. Oversee and support the presentation, cleanliness, and general upkeep of branch facilities; coordinate maintenance needs with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Supervise and coach Universal Bankers with the day-to-day branch operations as well as maintain customer transaction workflow Perform transaction overrides and support Universal Bankers as a backup of their assigned duties Answer customer information requests (in person and phone) including but not limited to; product and service information, account balance inquiries, electronic banking troubleshooting, wire transfers, stop payments, address changes, debit card limit exceptions, telephone transfers Build customer relationships by maintaining a thorough knowledge of bank products and services and providing appropriate recommendations towards customers Open and maintain accounts including but not limited to; consumer and business checking and savings accounts, IRA's, Heath Savings, Debit Cards, Cash Management products and comply with established internal policies and procedures Oversee the branch cash limits and teller balancing; prepare and maintain Fed Cash shipments Coordinate staff scheduling; work with other Branch Managers to be sure adequate staff coverage is maintained at all locations Resolve branch off ages and customer complaints, overcome customer concerns related to account transactions Minimum Requirements Excellent customer service, collaboration, & problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and decision - making skills Excellent verbal communication, and interpersonal relationship skills Possess a sense of urgency to complete customer and internal requests Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity Thorough understanding of client service Ability to learn and become knowledgeable with bank products and services Ability to travel to other FRB locations when needed High school diploma or equivalent is required Please direct questions, and resumes to Kirsten Zuppan, HR Coordinator, at kzuppan@myfrbank.com.
