Today Job Description Job Summary Duke Rentals is seeking a Heavy Equipment Service Technician at our Forest Lake, MN location. This role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring equipment meets safety and manufacturer standards. PAY:
$25.00
•$35.00 per hour
STARTING
•Based on Experience Bonus programs available Schedule Full-time Monday
•Friday Overtime or on-call as needed Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and machinery Service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer standards Maintain service records and documentation Coordinate repairs with shop supervisor and parts department Operate company service vehicle safely Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean MVR 3 years of experience in equipment repair or mechanical service Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and on a team Physical Requirements Working in indoor and outdoor environments Exposure to shop chemicals, grease, oils, and equipment noise Lifting up to 100lbs occasionally Standing, kneeling, squatting, or crawling for extended periods Benefits 401(k) with Company match Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, life, accident, and critical illness insurance Paid time off Bonus program Training and career development
