Drive business growth through customer relationship building, lead generation, sales activities, and expansion of the customer base. Recruit, screen, hire, onboard, and assign employees to meet customer staffing needs and service expectations. Lead, train, coach, motivate, and support branch team members while promoting a positive and respectful workplace culture. Monitor customer orders, staffing levels, performance metrics, market trends, and branch operations to maintain strong results. Ensure compliance with company policies, communicate operational updates, resolve employment concerns, and reduce company risk.
Requirements:
2+ years of leadership, branch management, staffing, recruiting, or related experience. Proven ability to drive branch performance, profitability, and growth. Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills. Experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and managing employees. Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop teams. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of staffing operations, workforce management, and compliance practices. Ability to analyze metrics, solve problems, and adjust strategies to meet goals. Strong organizational, decision-making, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting/staffing systems.
