Assistant Branch Manager We're seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help recruit, develop, and retain agents at our flagship West County office. Join a thriving, established office backed by a respected brand and a culture built on training, agent success, and lasting relationships. Working alongside the Branch Manager, you'll focus on growing the office through consistent recruiting efforts while helping current agents build successful careers. Key Responsibilities Attract new and experienced agents through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-up. Support agent retention through regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, and business development support. Help incoming agents transition smoothly into the office. Assist with office meetings and training that strengthen agent skills and engagement. Support daily office operations and foster a collaborative, accountable culture. Qualifications Must hold an active Missouri broker license or obtain one within 45 days of hire. Minimum of five (5) years of real estate experience. Experience in recruiting, coaching, training, or leadership preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new technology.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
