Provide leadership to facilitate decision-making based on business knowledge and organizational values. Remove obstacles and obtain resources to help branches achieve objectives. Directs, coordinates and/or delegates activities of departments such as sales, operations, purchasing, and administrative support in order to achieve goals and objectives. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others to improve personal and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity. Increases productivity by developing automated applications; coordinating information requirements. Maintain level of service requirements throughout all processes. Confers with Branch Manager, Regional VP and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals, objectives, programs or operations resulting from current status and conditions. Qualifications 4-year College Degree in business Management. Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry-related experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents or governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to top management and speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors or employees. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to compute rate, ratio and draw and interpret graphs. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in order to solve practical problems where only limited information and standardization exists. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
