Job Intro At RMC, the Assistant Manager role is a high-impact sales position responsible for driving revenue, growing accounts, and maximizing branch performance. Pays an average of $46,000, this amount can vary based on your location and cost of living adjustments! Duties and Responsibilities Drive sales performance by efficiently managing a dynamic workflow and meeting productivity targets, ensuring timely, high‑quality service. Consistently deliver a high-energy, sales-focused customer experience. Actively sell and cross-sell credit and loan products by assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Own the full loan process, from application through funding, using strong product knowledge to close sales. Meet and exceed individual and branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement. Drive new and repeat business through in-branch conversations and outbound phone calls. Increase branch profitability by growing account volume and improving customer retention. Maintain accurate cash handling while following all company security and audit procedures. Accurately receive, post, and track payments and fees in compliance with company policy. Transport funds and deposits to and from the bank as required. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall branch sales performance. Manage delinquency building rapport, offering tailored payment options, and converting delinquent accounts into resolved balances. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in sales-driven customer service, retail sales, or cash-handling environments. Ability to pass drug screening and criminal and credit background checks. Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with required liability insurance. Critical Competencies Strong sales instincts with a proven ability to close deals and influence customer decisions . Confident, persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Natural relationship-builder who connects well with a wide range of customers. Highly motivated by goals, incentives, and pay-for-performance compensation . Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Working conditions This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. The typical working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
