This role ensures exceptional customer service, drives revenue growth, manages inventory, and develops staff to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and product availability
• Maintain branch organization, safety standards, and facility upkeep Sales & Business Development
• Drive branch sales growth through customer engagement and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities within the HVAC/supply market
• Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Lead by example in customer service and operational excellence Customer Service
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promoting a customer-first culture within the branch  Financial Management
• Manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting procedures — Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in branch management, operations, or sales (HVAC or supply industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational success
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment — Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of HVAC products and supply distribution
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities — Work Environment
• Combination of office and warehouse setting
