DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages day-to-day operations.
  • Manages staff and ensures work schedules and assignments are completed.
  • Reports regularly on operational status.
  • Reports employee performance.
  • Tracks employee performance and routinely provides required feedback.
  • Orders necessary work equipment and materials for jobs.
  • Ensures that field staff are following proper safety processes and procedures.
  • Monitors and resolves client issues and/or complaints.
  • Monitors the status and completion of jobs.
  • Monitors quality standards of products and services.
  • Controls costs and manages established budgets.
  • Assists in creating, maintaining, and building client relationships.
  • Evaluates completed jobs to ensure the job was done accurately.
  • Reviews and approves field staff time sheets.
  • Performs continuous review and update of electronic project scheduling .
  • Assists with safety training of field staff.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hazardous Waste/Environmental Services Managerial Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a manager.
  • Language Skills
  • Ability to read and analyze. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Computer Skills
  • Proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires a knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology.
  • Other Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license is required.
Must be willing to travel. A Class A CDL is a plus
