Retail Branch Manager Minot AFB BranchNorth Star Community Credit UnionNorth Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-driven Retail Branch Manager to lead operations at our Minot AFB branch. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive growth, and provide exceptional service to our members in a military and local community environment.
Position SummaryThe Retail Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations to meet organizational, financial, and service goals. You will lead and develop branch staff, ensure operational excellence, and provide high-quality service across transactions, lending, and new accounts.
