In this role, you'll:
Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees.
Support daily branch operations, balancing, and compliance.
Assist members with loans, new accounts, and financial solutions.
Help grow the branch through exceptional member service.
Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care.
Monitor branch performance and employee development.
Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence.
Build relationships within the community while representing North Star.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.13 years of leadership, banking, retail, or customer service experience.
Lending and financial services experience is a plus.
