We are dedicated to providing quality medical equipment, dependable transportation services, and exceptional customer care to hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, and patients throughout the community. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Gallup location and help continue our growth. Position Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our Gallup branch. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes managing showroom operations, selling durable medical equipment, processing customer payments, coordinating deliveries, supporting our NEMT operations, and building relationships with referral sources throughout the area. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Gallup branch. Sell and educate customers on durable medical equipment and mobility products. Process customer purchases, credit card transactions, and daily deposits. Coordinate medical equipment deliveries, setups, and customer education. Assist with scheduling and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation services. Work alongside staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Maintain inventory, receive shipments, and stock the showroom. Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Develop relationships with hospitals, physician offices, home health agencies, hospice providers, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis centers, and case managers. Promote both DME and NEMT services within the community. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations. Prepare reports and communicate branch performance with company leadership. Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Sales, healthcare, retail, or customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills and ability to learn business software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move medical equipment (up to 75 lbs. with assistance when necessary). Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
