Senior Account Manager and Account Managers Field Supervisors Position Summary The Branch Manager serves as the senior leader and business owner of the Chagrin Falls branch, a $4-5 million landscaping operation serving 400+ customers and managing a seasonal workforce of approximately 50 employees. This role is accountable for overall branch performance, including profitability, operational execution, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, and strategic growth. The Branch Manager provides leadership to both Sales and Operations and assumes the core responsibilities traditionally held by an Operations Manager. The Branch Manager is expected to operate with an ownership mindset, using financial and operational data to improve profitability, develop leaders, strengthen customer relationships, and build a high-performing branch aligned with Suncrest's core values of Safety, Own It, Win the Day, WOW, and Respect. Job Duties & Responsibilities Financial & Business Management Own branch P&L, profitability, and financial performance. Work with CFO and Leadership team to develop the budget. Monitor revenue, gross margin, labor, material, equipment, and other major costs. Ensure work is produced within budgeted labor, material, and equipment targets. Analyze job costing and financial reports and implement corrective action. Partner with Sales to align pricing, scope, capacity, and operational expectations. Identify opportunities for profitable growth and improved efficiency. Operations & Production Leadership Oversee all branch production. Ensure work is properly scheduled, staffed, resourced, completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Monitor labor efficiency, productivity, job profitability, scheduling, and equipment up time and utilization. Hold Operations leaders accountable for execution and results. Drive continuous improvement and eliminate operational inefficiencies. Provide input on staffing, equipment, vehicles, and other operational needs. Sales, Customers & Growth Lead and develop the branch Sales leadership team in partnership with the Senior Account Manager. Support revenue growth, upselling, retention, referrals, and long-term customer relationships. Serve as the senior escalation point for significant customer concerns. Maintain relationships with key customers and support strategic account opportunities. Ensure sales commitments align with operational capacity and profitability. Represent Suncrest in the community and support branch growth initiatives. Leadership & People Development Lead, coach, and develop Sales and Operation. Initiate and support Sales and Operations training initiatives Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing employees and future leaders. Establish clear expectations and accountability for branch performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership coaching. Build leadership bench strength and succession opportunities. Partner with HR on workforce planning, employee relations, recruiting, retention, onboarding, and performance management. Foster a positive, respectful, accountable workplace. Safety & Compliance Own branch safety culture and safety performance. Enforce company safety policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure incidents are properly addressed, documented, and corrected. Ensure required training and safety practices are maintained. Promote continuous improvement in safety performance and compliance. Planning & Coordination Establish branch goals. Lead Sales-to-Operations alignment and production planning meetings. Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and strategic planning. Align staffing and production capacity with seasonal demand and customer commitments. Implement company operational standards and processes within the branch. Maintain effective communication across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Shared Services. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, landscape management, horticulture, or related field preferred. Spanish proficiency and relevant industry certifications preferred.

$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
