Job Description
- Lead all daily branch operations, including rentals, service, parts, and customer support.
- Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and operational efficiency.
- Develop, coach, and lead branch employees through clear expectations and accountability.
- Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the sales team to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure equipment availability through effective fleet utilization, inventory management, and maintenance planning.
- Monitor branch KPIs, productivity, turnaround time, and customer responsiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Regional Leadership on budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and operational planning.
- Maintain accurate branch reporting and operational documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve branch processes, efficiency, and customer experience. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial distribution, heavy equipment, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing branch operations.
- Strong financial and operational business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems; ERP experience is preferred. Success Looks Like
