We are a leading provider of industrial cleaning products and specialize in the sale of equipment, preventative maintenance, and cleaning detergents. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Branch Manager to lead our team and ensure top-notch service and sales at our Columbus, Ohio location. The Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management and staff supervision.

Responsibilities would include:

• The Manager will be directly involved and overseeing project quoting, installation, and equipment repair. Previous knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, and rental construction would be beneficial.
• This is a leadership position that will manage the team, taking incoming technical sales, service, and rental calls.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record history.
• 5+ years of successful business management experience at a branch or other individual profit center, with profit and loss responsibility
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
• Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
