Supervises branch staff, monitors customer accounts, loans or investment activities and security at the branch. Maintains communication with other branch managers and central or executive management. May direct local marketing promotions or participate in community events.

Job Description
Responsibilities would include:
- The Manager will be directly involved and overseeing project quoting, installation, and equipment repair. Previous knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, and rental construction would be beneficial.
- This is a leadership position that will manage the team, taking incoming technical sales, service, and rental calls.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record history.
- 5+ years of successful business management experience at a branch or other individual profit center, with profit and loss responsibility
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
- Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
- Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing.
- Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
- High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
