Assistant Branch Manager Ready to grow your leadership career while making a difference for employees, members, and your community? Firelands Federal Credit Union is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and creating a positive experience for both employees and members. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work alongside the Branch Manager to support the day-to-day success of the branch while helping employees grow, strengthening member relationships, and ensuring our team delivers the exceptional service our members deserve. What You'll Do Support the Branch Manager with the daily operations and overall success of the branch Coach, develop, and support employees to help them grow and succeed Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and guidance to team members Help create a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment Build meaningful relationships with members and help identify solutions that support their financial needs Lead by example in delivering an exceptional member experience Assist with branch goals, performance expectations, staffing, scheduling, and operational needs Support training and development of new and existing employees Ensure branch activities follow Credit Union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Step in to support the Branch Manager and team wherever needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys leading, coaching, and helping others succeed Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively Is comfortable providing feedback and having meaningful conversations Takes initiative and approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset Can balance leadership, member service, and operational responsibilities Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Has previous financial institution, leadership, supervisory, or related experience Is excited about continuing to learn and grow professionally Why Firelands FCU?
