  • Role To assist the Branch Manger in directing the day-to-day teller and lobby operations of the branch, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans.
Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job. Major Duties and Responsibilities Weight Description 30% Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures. Oversees, hires, trains and evaluates the floating team to support the branches and the call center. Coaches the team to meet performance goals, assigns tasks, and supports members' needs. 30% Support the Main Branch Manager in reviewing branch work and performance. Assist the manager in reviewing goals and performs coaching and training to address issues. Manage the daily cash requirements for the credit union, including monitoring, balancing, and auditing of vault cash, cash machines, coin machine, and onsite ITMs. 15% Backup branch manager (any location), teller line, or lobby/call center as needed. 15% Provide training and supervision in service techniques, goal setting, and tracking. 10% Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, business partners, and community. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Performs other related duties as assigned.
