Job Description

Founding Branch President - Oklahoma City Market Build the market. Build the team. Build a legacy. Keller Exteriors is expanding into Oklahoma City, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help launch the market and grow into the full Branch President seat. This is not a position for someone who wants to inherit a finished operation. It is an opportunity for a driven, values-centered business builder to establish relationships, create revenue, develop people, and ultimately lead a self-sustaining branch. During the initial launch phase, the role will concentrate primarily on sales, marketing, recruiting, community relationships, lead generation, and building the foundation of the Oklahoma City operation. As the branch develops, the position will transition into full accountability for the branch's people, financial results, operations, customer experience, risk, and culture. Compensation and Advancement Starting base salary: $75,000-$85,000, based on experience and demonstrated capability Sales commissions: Additional earnings for personally closed company-provided and self-generated opportunities Performance incentives: Milestone-based incentives tied to market launch, staffing, revenue, gross margin, and operational readiness Advancement opportunity: Progression to a $100,000-$110,000 full Branch President base salary range after certification, successful launch, and formal transfer of full branch authority Full-seat benefits: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance and an employee medical contribution of up to $500 per month when the candidate enters the fully activated Branch President seat

What You Will Own During the Launch Phase Develop the Oklahoma City market through relationship-based selling, networking, partnerships, events, and disciplined follow-through Generate and close profitable residential exterior remodeling opportunities Help execute local marketing strategy and strengthen Keller Exteriors' brand presence Recruit, develop, and help retain the initial sales and leadership team Build a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting Learn and apply the Keller Operating System, leadership doctrine, financial disciplines, and customer standards Complete the Branch President Academy and demonstrate readiness for broader authority Partner closely with Keller's Founder, Expansion Leader, Tulsa leadership team, and shared-services support What the Full Branch President Seat Will Own Following successful certification and formal activation, the Branch President becomes the accountable local business leader for: Branch P&L, revenue, gross margin, operating profit, cash discipline, and forecast accuracy Divisional leadership and alignment across sales, production, marketing, administration, and customer care Staffing capacity, leadership development, performance accountability, and succession depth Production capacity, quality, customer experience, risk management, and issue escalation Keller culture, operating standards, meeting cadence, scorecard discipline, and continuous improvement Who We Are Looking For A builder who is energized by creating something, not merely maintaining it A proven sales leader with strong business-development and relationship-building ability A leader who can recruit, coach, hold people accountable, and create unity under pressure Someone financially minded enough to understand revenue, gross margin, labor, capacity, cash, and profit A disciplined operator who uses calendars, scorecards, CRM systems, meeting rhythms, and documented follow-through A humble, competitive, resilient person who receives coaching and acts on it A leader whose character, competence, and capacity can grow together Home-improvement, construction, roofing, windows, or related industry experience is strongly preferred Our Mission and Culture We restore homes, build people, and create a lasting legacy by serving with love, humility, and excellence - every project, every time.
