Branch Manager & Loan Officer AllNations Bank - Shawnee Branch Shawnee, Oklahoma Full-Time Position Summary AllNations Bank is seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and motivated Branch Manager & Loan Officer to lead operations at our Shawnee Branch. This position is responsible for managing daily branch activities, developing customer relationships, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and originating and servicing consumer, commercial, agricultural, and real estate loans. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, banking knowledge, lending expertise, and a commitment to serving our community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Branch Leadership & Operations Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and professional customer service. Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate branch personnel. Conduct employee training, performance reviews, counseling, and career development activities. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor branch productivity and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain branch cash controls, vault controls, audits, and security procedures. Ensure branch facilities are maintained in a professional and secure manner. Address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly and effectively. Participate in branch and bank management meetings and initiatives. Lending Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of consumer, commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate loans. Interview loan applicants, gather financial information, analyze creditworthiness, and make lending recommendations. Structure loan requests within lending policy guidelines and authority limits. Monitor loan portfolio quality and assist with collection efforts when necessary. Conduct annual loan reviews and maintain complete and accurate loan documentation. Work closely with underwriting, credit administration, and bank leadership regarding loan decisions and portfolio management. Ensure lending activities comply with applicable regulations and bank policies. Business Development & Customer Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities. Promote bank products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, treasury management services, and electronic banking products. Represent AllNations Bank within the Shawnee community through civic, community, and business activities. Assist with implementing marketing and business development strategies that support branch growth. Open new accounts and assist customers with banking needs as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of banking experience required. Previous supervisory, management, and lending experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and lending principles. Experience analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and loan applications. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain business relationships within the community. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and banking software systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for bank insurance purposes.
