Job Description

Position Summary:
Manage two or more branch offices to meet the financial service needs of the community while achieving branch profitability objectives; supervise assigned personnel; develop new business for the Bank as part of the business development program and objectives; supervise sub-regional branches including, but not limited to, Branch Executive Officer (BEO) I and II coaching, staff development, market events, branch business plan creation and implementation, strategic acquisition of clients, and activities to accomplish branch objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field.

Minimum four (4) years of relative banking or progressive financial industry experience meeting or exceeding the essential duties of a Branch Executive Officer I and II; prior experience managing multiple branch locations preferred.

Strong reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, visual, auditory, interpersonal relations, management and sales skills; proficient lending, credit analysis and branch operating systems skills; proven track record in effective and productive sales calling to cultivate business development; sound working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures; effectively coach, mentor, motivate and earn trust to create a positive work environment where the staff aspires to do their best; competently handle high workloads, competing demands, interruptions and distractions with poise and ease; valid drivers license.
