Reports To:
Branch Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review business plans and objectives with Branch Manager. Participate in the decision-making process within the branch. Partner with Branch Manager to meet branch goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day sales activities in the branch continually update Branch Manager on pending challenges. Recommend retail banking products and services to customers and prospects. Manage and service relationships and cross-sell all appropriate products and services. Provide a broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer's business. Make outbound sales calls, recommend appropriate products and services to current customers. Process loan applications and close loans Coach, mentor, and train all staff members in sales and relationship development. Accountable for all branch sales and referral goals. Work jointly with Branch Manager to establish goals and hold staff accountable. Assist with the operational requirements of the branch. Establish close relationships and refer business to assigned partners including Mortgage, Investments, and Commercial Lenders. Conduct KPR and Annual Reviews for all Branch Staff. Take responsibility of clients' challenges and opportunities, and effectively resolve them in a timely manner. Maintain customer confidentiality at all times. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Act as they relate to the functions of this position. Complete all required reports related to those acts and reports any observed violations or potential violations of those acts to a supervisor or other appropriate bank officer. Be familiar with and comply with all federal and state banking regulations as applicable. Supervisory Responsibilities May have direct or indirect reporting responsibility for staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; handing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an Individual in this position must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily and exhibit the values of the Company. In addition, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Experience and/or Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree in business-related major or equivalent of two (2) years successful sales experience, preferably in financial services. Minimum of three (3) to five (4) years in banking or equivalent education.Licenses & Designations NMLS Requirements:
