Job Description

Overview Titan Machinery is seeking a strategic, results-driven Region Director to lead business operations across our North region. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences while providing direction and support to a team of General Managers across multiple dealership locations. As the Region Director, you will provide leadership and accountability for all aspects of regional performance, ensuring strong execution across Equipment Sales, Parts, Service, Rental, and Administrative functions. Working closely with General Managers, you will drive business growth, optimize operational performance, develop talent, and foster a culture focused on customer success, continuous improvement, and financial achievement.

•Our North Region includes locations in Aberdeen and Watertown, SD; Graceville, MN; and Grand Forks, Northwood, Jamestown, LaMoure, Lidgerwood, Lisbon, and Wishek, ND Responsibilities Provide leadership and accountability for all business operations within the assigned Region Directly lead and coach General Managers to maximize performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction Drive revenue growth across equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives Monitor monthly performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to close performance gaps Partner with General Managers through CRM processes to improve sales effectiveness and strengthen customer relationships Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives Promote knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across dealership locations Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and safety standards Lead annual budget planning and financial performance management for the Region Drive organic growth initiatives and support acquisition integration efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, customers, and key business partners Facilitate collaboration and resolve operational challenges across locations and teams Champion a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Qualifications Required:

7+ years of related work experience and/or related military experience 5+ years of management experience Clean Driving record Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including consistently exemplifying
