Wholesale Branch Manager Compensation:

$80K-$100K + Great Benefits In this role, you will lead the branch as a true business operator—driving sales, profitability, market growth, customer service, team development, and overall branch performance. What You'll Do Lead, coach, develop, and manage the branch team Drive sales, gross profit, profitability, and market share Set sales goals and hold the team accountable for results Analyze financial performance and adjust business plans as needed Build strong customer, vendor, and community relationships Manage branch assets, inventory, fleet, receivables, and expenses Create a positive, high-performance culture centered on customer and employee satisfaction What We're Looking For 3+ years of wholesale distribution experience 2+ years of management or sales leadership experience Strong financial and business acumen Proven ability to build, lead, and develop teams Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills Plumbing, HVAC, building products, industrial distribution, or related experience is highly preferred We're especially interested in candidates coming from organizations such as Ferguson, Winsupply, Johnstone Supply, Grainger, Fastenal, HD Supply, MSC Industrial Supply, RE Michel, Home Depot, Lowe's , and other plumbing, HVAC, building products, or industrial distribution companies. Relevant backgrounds may include Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Outside Sales Representative, Store Manager, or Owner/Franchise Owner .
