Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating non-clinical branch operations and administrative staff Processing payroll and supporting employee administrative needs Maintaining and processing clinical records and related documentation Supporting accurate data entry and electronic medical record processes Training and assisting staff with agency systems, policies, and procedures Managing office systems, supplies, and administrative processes Providing support with reports and information management Helping ensure branch operations remain organized and compliant Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, employees, and community partners We're Looking For Someone Who… Has medical office experience ; home care experience is preferred Has at least two years of progressive experience with clinical records processing and/or data entry Has at least one year of supervisory experience Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and computer-based information systems Has knowledge of medical terminology Can type at least 40 WPM Is comfortable working with multiple-line phone systems Can prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a busy environment Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills Has a high school diploma or equivalent Has a valid Tennessee driver's license and automobile liability insurance Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance is a plus.
