Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by upper management, contributing to the overall success of the organization Supervisory Responsibilities Oversees the daily workflow of the branch. Provides constructive and timely feedback on employee performance to include disciplinary action. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in partnership with HR. •Education & Experience• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred. 3 Years of HVAC experience (required) Proven leadership and management experience: previous experience as a branch manager is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent computer skills including strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff at all levels; good interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, good reasoning ability and sound judgement. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity. Able to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift with company certification.
