Our client, a respected name in the financial services and banking sector, is seeking a Producing Branch Manager who can drive business and foster client relationships effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loans and overseeing the main branch business. Your expertise in retail lending, HELOCs, and mortgages will be key to your success and ability to produce results as a branch leader. What you'll do:- Manage and produce branch business, focusing on loan production and portfolio quality.
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional service and meet business targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to expand branch presence.
Prefered but not required skills:
- Proven experience as a producing branch manager.
- Solid knowledge of retail loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), and mortgage products.
