Nashville, TN Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals. Requires at least three years of pool industry work experience Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff and sales team. Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Organized with attention to detail. Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
