Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of banking experience At least 1 year of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience Experience with branch operations, customer accounts, deposits, lending support, or financial services Knowledge of banking compliance, security procedures, and risk management practices Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership and employee development skills Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow business opportunities Experience meeting sales, service, and performance goals Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to analyze reports and identify operational improvements Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the branch during the workday Frequent computer, telephone, and customer interaction Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment Job Duties Oversee daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch employees Monitor branch performance, deposits, sales goals, and operational results Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Assist clients with banking products and financial service solutions Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies Support employee training, performance management, and accountability Participate in community outreach and local business development efforts Review branch reports and implement strategies to improve performance Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.Examples may include:
