Job Summary Lead daily operations of the Carrollton branch while driving productivity, profitability, and operational excellence Oversee branch budgeting, forecasting, workflow, performance metrics, and resource allocation Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop branch staff while fostering a strong team culture Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship building, and community engagement Manage and grow client relationships to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnership success Develop strategies to expand the branch's market presence and achieve revenue goals Collaborate with internal teams to support staffing fulfillment and client satisfaction Ensure recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and client management processes follow KP Staffing's SOPs, safety guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and system updates Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement Pay $75,000-$95,000 per year, DOE + bonuses Job Details Previous staffing industry experience is required Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS systems, typing, documentation, and email communication Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a team Collaborative, growth-driven mindset Benefits Medical insurance (approximately 75% covered by the company) Dental and vision insurance 401(k) + company match PTO Paid sick leave 8 paid holidays Cell phone reimbursement
