This Entry Level Assistant Manager role involves building strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to the success of our team through exceptional communication with customers. We are dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences and building awareness of our telecommunications services through direct and meaningful customer interactions. The ideal Entry Level Assistant Manager member will take pride in assisting customers in identifying the best products and services for their needs while offering expert support throughout their enrollment. In this role, the Entry Level Assistant Manager member will actively connect with customers, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our services, addressing their inquiries, and delivering personalized solutions. Each day offers opportunities to promote our offerings, guide customers in making informed choices, and ensure their satisfaction with prompt, effective assistance. The Entry Level Assistant Manager members ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions will play a key role in cultivating long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized presentations to clients and customers, effectively showcasing our clients products and services while highlighting their features and benefits. Understand customers' needs, recommend the most suitable solutions, and ensure a personalized and satisfying experience. Work with customers to secure their information when processing any order for them Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities ensuring seamless follow-ups and reference points. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and detailed answers about products and services, and ensuring a positive consumer experience. Assist in training new team members and maintain a professional demeanor
Entry Level Assistant Manager Skills:
Experience in a customer service, sales, or client service experience is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to help customers find solutions An eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a strong motivation advance within the company Fluency in English and Spanish is a required to talk with diverse customers Organization and time management skills
