Branch Manager - Industrial Distribution & Operations LGG Industrial is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations, customer service, safety, inventory, and team performance of our branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in industrial distribution, warehouse operations, production, or supply chain management. The Branch Manager will oversee cross-functional teams while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Safety, and Field Service to improve the customer experience, support revenue growth, and increase branch profitability. What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse, production, shipping and receiving, delivery, VMI, counter sales, and customer service operations. Hire, onboard, schedule, train, coach, and develop branch employees. Establish performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and address performance concerns. Ensure customer orders, quotes, inventory requests, and deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Support Account Managers by identifying customer needs and technical sales opportunities. Maintain compliance with company safety procedures, DOT requirements, fleet policies, and applicable government regulations. Monitor safety scorecards and prepare the facility for audits and inspections. Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and

2015 requirements where applicable. Oversee inventory levels, inventory turns, working capital goals, and customer-specific inventory. Support pricing, sourcing, workload planning, budgeting, and P&L review. Promote accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture. Ensure employees maintain the product knowledge needed to support customers effectively. What We're Looking For At least 5-7 years of related warehouse, production, industrial distribution, or operations experience. At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred. Candidates without a degree may be considered with 7-10 years of management experience in an industrial distribution environment. Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, production, or distribution operation. Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, customer service, and workplace safety. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical products and customer applications. Experience tracking operational performance through KPIs and using data to improve results. Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Ability to collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Strategic Accounts. Availability to work nights or weekends when business needs require. Reliable transportation. Preferred Experience Industrial hose, gasket, conveyor belt, fluid-handling, or related product knowledge. Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement experience. Working knowledge of branch budgets and P&L responsibilities. Experience managing DOT compliance, fleet operations, or ISO quality standards.
