  • 90,000 BASE Sales Commission Program Vehicle allowance and TollTag included The Frisco Branch Manager has complete management responsibility for security operations within the Frisco Branch office.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Contract Adherence, personnel administration and management, quality control, direct supervision of assigned personnel, scheduling, payroll, internal and external communications (oral and written), Client Satisfaction, Customer Service, review and conduct disciplinary actions and personnel proficiency evaluations and reports, recommend hire, recommend termination, recommend transfer of personnel, and maintain accountability and control of assigned equipage/inventory. Establish an effective working relationship with Frisco Office Management Team, Field Training Officers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors, and perform other duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities are outlined below but not limited to... Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client relations. Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new security personnel. Manage scheduling for all security personnel to ensure proper coverage for all client sites. Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure quality control and compliance. Monitor payroll and invoicing process to ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with team of Operations Managers, Branch Manager, General Manager, and Company Executives to improve existing practices and encourage company growth in the DFW area. Qualifications Experience as a Security Operations Manager or Security Director (Min. 2 years)

Experience using a scheduling/payroll software package such as WinTeam Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
