Role Description EECU is seeking a dedicated Financial Center Manager at our North Richland Hills financial center located in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, on-site role includes managing the daily operations of the financial center, coaching and mentoring employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the management of resources to optimize the member experience and achieve business objectives. Ability to be visible within the community to drive growth, networking and engagement. Residing in North Richland Hills or surrounding areas would be beneficial for this role. Qualifications Strong leadership, coaching, and team management experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively. Experience in financial products and services, branch management, and customer service within a credit union or financial institution. Proficiency in sales strategy development, performance analysis, and achieving membership growth targets through community networking and engagement. Knowledge in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational policies relevant to financial institutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to maintain a member-focused approach. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple responsibilities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a managerial role within the financial industry. Familiarity with financial technology systems and tools is a plus.
