The standard schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance Direct the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high standards of service delivery. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives to drive sustainable growth. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. Oversee branch budgets and conduct profit-and-loss analyses to maintain financial health. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
