This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment and placement of qualified talent across various industry sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the staffing industry, demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, and excel in building long-term partnerships. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance with employment laws, and delivering superior service to both clients and candidates. Responsibilities Lead the overall operations of the staffing branch, including sales, recruitment, and client management to meet organizational goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue streams through targeted business development initiatives. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and placement across high-volume and technical recruiting sectors. Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored workforce solutions. Oversee internal recruiting efforts utilizing HR sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent management software such as UltiPro. Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices, HR legal standards, and labor regulations across all operations. Conduct employee orientation, performance evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives to promote staff engagement and retention. Utilize social media marketing strategies for recruitment campaigns to attract diverse candidate pools globally. Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, HR systems data entry, and candidate sourcing metrics. Lead research efforts for market trends in staffing industry practices to optimize recruitment strategies. Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to expand client base and candidate pipelines. Manage employee relations issues professionally while fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational values. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, sales strategies, and relationship management within the staffing or human resources industry. Strong talent management skills encompassing full cycle recruiting-including external recruiting-and high-volume technical recruiting. Proficiency in HR systems such as UltiPro or similar talent management software; experience with ATS platforms is essential. Deep understanding of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and employee relations. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, candidates, and internal teams effectively across diverse audiences. Skilled in research techniques for market analysis and candidate sourcing on various platforms including social media channels. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience with training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance. Demonstrated capability in HR legal compliance related to employment law within the staffing industry context. Competence in cold calling for lead generation purposes coupled with strategic relationship-building skills. Familiarity with HR legal standards such as employment law in talent management practices.
