Position Summary Senox is looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee business operations, financial performance, and staffing across multiple locations. A Branch Operations Manager will manage performance metrics while implementing processes to improve workflow and customer satisfaction, as well as protecting company culture. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and has strong leadership skills. Primary Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to ensure proper inventory levels and sales volume.
• Audit inventory, as well as product inflow and outflow.
• Approve proper time off requests and timesheets for biweekly payroll and oversee managers approvals.
• Perform AR Reviews with each location, working closely with the Finance Department to reconcile any past due accounts.
• Participate in the hiring process and training.
• Ensure all employees follow proper safety procedures.
• Look for opportunities to assist manager at Branch locations and fill in if a manager is out of office.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and warehouse employees
• Establish performance goals and hold teams accountable for results
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide operational updates to the leadership team. Skills and Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management.
• Must be able to travel up to 90% of the time
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage multiple locations at one time.
• Maintain attention to detailed information while holding strict confidence.
• Effectively communicate and understand detailed and/or technical information.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• High school diploma required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and be able to pass a background check. Why Senox?
