- participate in budget preparation, ensuring adherence to established budgets Truck and Facility Management
- ensure the appearance and condition of all company equipment is kept up to company standards and that company equipment assigned is maintained in accordance with company policy and Department of Transportation regulations Represents company at trade association Oversee collections of accounts for all salespersons in your area Work closely with corporate collections to resolve and maintain customer's accounts Develop strong relationship with key accounts within the region Report competitive and other food products activities immediately Execution of management decisions Develop new areas capable to work with wholesale and modern trade environment Assist other branches as needed Other duties as assigned.
- Direct Retail Sales experience a plus
- DSD experience preferred 5 years prior supervisory experience required
- Route Management experience preferred A valid Driver's License with a good driving record is required, a CDL-B driver's license must be obtained within 90 days of start date; the individual must pass a Department of Transportation (D.
- previous experience with Blacksmith a plus.
